Currently, 8 fully equipped units are available for mid- to long-term stays, while the rest remain under annual leases. Our vision blends hospitality, community, and returns—optimizing space through a hybrid model of short-, mid-, and long-term rentals.

Our spacious units host 4 to 14 people each, with the ability to scale up or down based on your project phase. Perfect for rotating crews or multi-stage teams.
